Splendid room, polite staff, very well appointed building. Our room was big and exceptionally clean. We liked the super central location of the hotel and had an outstanding time here. Plus, the venue was situated a 10-15 minute walking distance from Amc. Very early check in and in general individual service.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay while in Charlotte. My experience was superb, everything was wonderful. Staff was always ready to assist, really gentle. A queen suite was well priced and I enjoyed it. Phenomenal location in a comfortable area, right by downtown, the highway, restaurants...

immaculately clean and the staff was so helpfull. secure location, 10 minutes' walk to amc. i liked to spend time in the inviting poolside bar. really great service everywhere too.

Great value for money for Charlotte. Panoramic view, a lovely balcony, really nice bed, too. Everything was immaculate as expected, but the bathroom was very small. Breakfast included coffee, breads, meats, eggs and biscuits.

I appreciated this convenient hotel, especially fine rooms and absolutely perfect location. I slept so comfy in the lovely bed. The staff did all they can for a decent stay. I used free parking onsite.
